Overview

Networks Patriot missiles, THAAD, AN/MPQ-64 Sentinel radar, the GhostEye (LTAMDS) radar, AN/TPS-80 G/ATOR and Ground-Based Midcourse Defense sensors into a single fire-control picture via Engagement Operations Centers (EOCs) and Integrated Fire Control Network (IFCN) relays. First EOC delivered to the U.S. Army in May 2019; the system completed initial operational test and evaluation in 2022 and received full-rate production approval in April 2023. Poland signed a $2.5 billion IBCS deal in March 2024 (deliveries 2024-2031) and declared full operational readiness in December 2025, becoming the first international operator alongside the U.S. Army.
