SIG Sauer M250
A gas-operated, belt-fed 6.8 mm light machine gun developed by SIG Sauer for the U.S. Army's Next Generation Squad Weapon program to replace the M249 SAW. Firing the 6.8x51 mm Common Cartridge, it pairs a recoil-mitigation system with the M157 fire-control optic for improved range and lethality.
